• COLD THERAPY helps reduce swelling and helps relieve daily aches and pains. Use the cold compress for acute injuries with swelling such as ankle sprains, muscle strains, post-game recovery, and more. For cold therapy, simply place the FreezeSleeve inside of the provided bag or any resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Our compression design locks the cold in for deep penetration to the treated area.
• HEAT THERAPY Use the hot therapy to help ease muscle and tendon soreness, loosen tight muscle, relieve aches, and more. To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. Your FreezeSleeve should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. FreezeSleeve helps soothe sore muscles and aches by transferring the cold/heat to the affected area.
• USER-FRIENDLY To initiate therapy, just remove FreezeSleeve from the freezer or microwave and apply it to the targeted area. Make sure to position it with the wide end facing upward; the black stitching should be oriented at the bottom. The sleeves can be used interchangeably on both arms and legs. Consult the measurement guide to confirm a suitable fit for your chosen treatment zone. If you find yourself between sizes, it's advisable to opt for the larger size to achieve sufficient cold therapy alongside compression.
